Since 1990 we have offered a truly holistic approach to the health and well-being of the people of Crows Nest, North Sydney, St. Leonards and the entire Lower North Shore.

The Crows Nest Complementary Health Centre sees 150 - 210 people per week and continues to grow through our success in providing quality health care to our customers. We provide the following natural therapies:

Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Pilates, Massage, Bowen Therapy, Reflexology & Reiki

All of our practitioners are fully qualified, insured and follow the ethical standards set by their professional bodies. They continue to keep up to date by attending professional courses and lectures.

We work together to ensure that each patient receives the most appropriate treatment for their particular needs and we cross-refer when necessary in order to achieve the best result. Patient care, comfort and confidentiality are of prime importance and discussion between therapists or informing the patient's GP will only take place with the permission of the patient.

As a clinic we address virtually every aspect of human health and treat most conditions. The practitioners of our various natural therapies specialise in the following areas of natural medicine:

Osteopathy: musculo-skeletal problems - lower back pain, neck pain, headaches and migraines, shoulder and hip pain, arthritis

Acupuncture: Back / Shoulder / Ankle / Wrist / Knee / Neck / Hip, Arthritis; Frozen shoulder; Joint pain; Bone spurs

Pilates: core strengthening, remedial exercises, rehabilitation

Bowen Therapy: stress, fatigue, sports injuries, TMJ/jaw issues, sciatica, back pain, neck pain, respiratory problems and Parkinson’s. It is a gentle treatment suitable for everyone, including babies, children and the frail.

Reiki: pain, illnesses, burns, bruises, colds, headaches, arthritis, reproductive problems, chronic fatigue syndrome, emotional issues such as stress, depression, insecurity, relationship breakups, and past traumas, and aura and chakra cleansing.

The Crows Nest Complementary Health Centre is open Monday to Saturday.
