Mark has an extensive background in meditative healing and has continued this through his work as a masseur. He believes that the body is a self-regulating and self-healing entity and through body work such as massage and meditation, healing is possible. Mark is a friendly, caring and compassionate practitioner working with both outcome and intuitive listening techniques. His belief is that the body is able to heal itself and that the practitioner's role is one of assisting this process. It is this that ultimately drives Mark in his work. Mark specialises in Postural Distortion Patterns, so common in todays workplace.

Remedial Massage
Massage is a natural therapy which has been in use since the orgins of humanity. Traditional methods combined with new scientific techniques have shaped massage into the most valuable of complementary therapies.

Qualifications
Mark has a diploma in Remedial Massage and extensive post graduate studies in Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue and Structual Integration. Mark is currently studying Cranio Sacral Therapy at Nature Care College.

Health Fund Rebates
Mark is a full member of the Austalian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) and registered with most major Health Funds for rebates for remedial massage therapy work.
